Shipping is based on weight and distance from our warehouse in San Diego. Insurance is included in the cost of shipping. These fees are non-negotiable and are quoted on a order basis. We ship usually next business day unless the item is out of stock. In that case, Speedmonkee reserves the right to drop ship the order to the buyer at its discretion and its cost. Also, a multiple item order is out of stock of one or more of the items, the original quoted shipping fee shall apply. The buyer will still pay for the quoted shipping fee. Speedmonkee will pay for subsequent shipments until the order is complete.

Speedmonkee is dedicated to low prices for quality products. We use premium carriers: FEDEX, UPS, and USPS and will work with you to minimize shipping fees.

Return policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase but also have to run a business! In the event you are not satisfied, please call or email us within 10 days from receipt of the item. Please note that we can only accept items in brand new sellable condition. If you install an item, we cannot accept it.

Restocking Fees

There is a standard 25% restocking fee for items that are returned to us beyond our fault. (ie. if we screw up in shipping you the wrong item, there is no fee). However, if you change your mind or don't like the look of the item, there will be a 25% fee charged against the credit you receive.

Privacy Policy

At no time will any personal information given to Speedmonkee (i.e. name, home address, home or work phone numbers, purchase history, etc.) will be sold or transferred to any other party.
